What is the difference between “Backorder” and “In Stock” items?

If the style and size you are after is shown on the Online Store as “Backorder”, this means the item ships from 4 to 12 weeks and is not "In Stock" in Australia, but the item will be on backorder.

“Backorder” estimated delivery times are as follows:

4 - 6 weeks for items in stock in our USA Warehouse.

7 - 12 weeks for items NOT in stock in our USA Warehouse. This items will be hand made to order for you at our Corral Boots factory.

If the style and size you are after is shown on the Online Store as “In Stock”, this means items are ready in Australia and it will take 48 hours to be processed and it will be delivered via Australia Post standard shipping within 2 - 7 business days (depending on your location).

Please note, with hundreds of handcrafted styles every season, our “In Stock” items availability is limited, however in most cases we are able to manufacture those items as “Backorder” for you.

What exactly happens after ordering?

First we will re-confirm the availability of your style in our stock and then you will be sent an email confirmation with an estimated delivery time for your boots.

 

 

Can I cancel my backorder and get a refund?

Once you have received our first email confirmation with the estimated delivery time for your boots, you will have a 72 hour window to cancel your backorder and receive a full refund if you are not happy to wait for the estimated delivery time of your boots.

The cancellation request needs to be done by email and confirmed back by us in order to proceed with a full refund. If for some reason you have not received a reply to your refund request within 24 hours please make sure to resend us your email once again and contact us directly over the phone.

This is offered to those customers who did not realize it was a backorder or who are not willing to wait for the estimated delivery waiting period.

If you cancel a Backorder within 72 hours by sending us an email to: info@corralboots.com.au, no penalty fees will apply and you will receive a full refund.

Backorders not canceled within 72 hours will incur in a $20 cancelation fee. 

Backorders not delivered within the estimated delivery period can be fully refunded. 

 

 

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

In Australia, we pay these fees so you don’t have to! The total billed at checkout is the final amount you pay, inclusive of GST, with no additional charges at the time of delivery!

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept payments through Paypal platform. In Paypal you can either use your credit card to pay directly or use your already registered Paypal account to make secure payments without typing your information every time you buy.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use Paypal platform so payments are dealt securely by the most popular online payment platform.

Can I return my purchase?
We want you to be happy and love what you’ve ordered.
 
We will gladly accept your returns for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags and packaging intact, unused, unworn, unwashed).
 
Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in original condition and in original packaging. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
 
We will exchange or provide a full refund in the event of the product being faulty. Please read Faulty Returns policy. 
 
Please note, if you rubbed off a crystal or stud, this is considered wear and tear. We can certainly take a look at the damage and give suggestions on how to repair the boots if possible, however Corral Boots Australia is not responsible for repairing the damaged boot caused by normal wear and tear. 
 
Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for change of mind.

Corral Boots Australia takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by CORRAL. Returned items must be sent by a prepaid method of shipping. Please record your postage or courier tracking number when sending a return. Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. 
 
Your return or exchange will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
